You are not keen on command line Tools? Let Mix-N-Merge help you out with your daily ILMerge specific tasks.

Mix-N-Merge is a free Graphical User Interface for ILMerge by Michael Barnett from Microsoft Research. ILMerge is a command line utility for merging multiple .NET assemblies into a single .NET assembly. Mix-N-Merge encapsulates the various settings of ILMerge and let you edit them in an easy to use UI. When you are finished with your settings Mix-N-Merge hosts ILMerge and the assemblies you specified will get "mixed and merged" depending on your settings. Did I mention that this little tool is free?
You can download Mix-N-Merge here. No fancy setup program, just a ZIP file you can unzip in any folder you like.
In order to use Mix-N-Merge you need to download the latest version of ILMerge. After installing ILMerge, set the path to ILMerge.exe in the configuration dialog of Mix-N-Merge and you are ready to go.
